BNG Technologies is the region's premier source for customized Point Of Sale Systems. There a several steps that we take in the process of putting together the correct solution for you.

1. Initial Assessment

The initial assessment of the system includes 2 points.  The first point is a site survey to determine all of the hardware, software, and cables that will be needed to complete the job in full.  The second point included in the initial assessment is a configuration questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather all of the information needed to program the system for the purpose of saving time and being as accurate as possible.

2. Software Programming and Review

BNG Technologies will program the system, you will review the programming and then make changes, additions, or subtractions to the programming.  The purpose of the review is to make sure that the system will work properly with the work flow of your business.

3. Hardware and Software Configuration and Testing

The system will be set up and tested offsite prior to the setup date to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.  The purpose is to reduce the number of bugs that need to be worked out of the system and to make sure all the hardware works and the programming is done correctly.  Testing of the system will be done in “demo” mode to ensure that everything works before the system finally goes “live”.

4. System Installation

Installation of the system is performed in a manner that coincides with your schedule so that there isn’t any down time while switching from your old system to the new one.

5. Training

Before the system goes “live” in your business, training will be provided to your staff on the operating system and the back office of the system.  Prior to the installation training will be provided to all of the managerial staff members that will be working with the system on a regular basis. After the install, the rest of the staff will be trained on the operation of the system.
